| With the development of Hainan into an international tourism destination, more government departments and enterprises are engaged with international conferences and events. It is imperative to translate the relevant files accurately. MoU and the Specification of "The Round" are classified as legal text which requires formal and regulatory language, rigorous mood and subjective description of facts.This report analyses the two translated texts through two aspects:lexical features and sentence structures; provides legal texts with effective translation strategies and promote the cooperation among governments, enterprises and organizations. |
