Experience of childhood abuse was universal and had been identified as one destructor to subject well-being. But the internal mechanism of childhood abuse influencing subjective well-being was unclear. The goal of this study is to understand the influence of childhood abuse on cognitive schema, and to provide evidence for prevention and intervention of childhood abuse.1100 college students in Harbin were randomly chosen to fill in the questionnaires. The questionnaires include Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ-SF), Satisfaction with Life Scale, Affect Balance Scale, Belief in a Just World Scale, Self-esteem Scale. Then 929 effective questionnaires were acquired. The data is analyzed by SPSS20.0, Amos17.0 and Mplus7.0. The result is as follows:(1) The prevalence rate of college students’ emotional neglect was highest, among the five types of childhood abuse: physical abuse, physical neglect, sexual abuse, emotional abuse and neglect.(2) Female had higher personal belief in a just world than male. College students’ belief in a just word was higher than other groups.(3) The degree of childhood abuse negatively predicted subjective well-being. The higher the degree of childhood abuse was, the lower the level of subjective well-being was.(4) Belief in a just world and self-esteem were two mediators between childhood abuse and subjective well-being. The chain mediation of personal belief in a just world and general belief in a just world between childhood abuse and subjective well-being was confirmed.
