In the background of the global industry framework’s restructuring and increasing, the development of cultural and creative industries has become a new economic model, and becoming an increasingly important role in the overall Comprehensive strength of the competing countries and regions. Cultural creative industries was first mentioned in official documents in our country in 2006, from then on to develop the cultural creative industries has rising as a national strategy. The Film industry is an important part of Cultural creative industries, while cinema as an important social and entertainment place in modern society, it plays a very important role in the whole film industry chain. Since the reform of Chinese cinema line system started in 2002, China’s cinema have achieved significant growth both in quantity and in box office revenues.In this thesis, it use the cultural and creative industries as a starting point, using literature review, theoretical explanations and case studies combining methods, relevant knowledge of cross-fusion method and relevant survey method, etc, has been sort, summarize, and research the business model in Wanda Cinema. Then Wanda Cinema surveys and analyze the consumer psychology, consumer characteristics and consumption habits through the questionnaire, to expect to find out the factors currently affecting the development of Wanda cinema, and offer insights into the development of cinema in china.This thesis is divided into five parts: The first part of the introduction. This section presents the reasons and value of topics, literature review, research methodology and technical route of this article; The second part is to sort and research the management model in the cultural creative industries, first elaborated the concept of cultural creative industries, and then discuss the current development status and management model of the cultural creative industries in our country; The third part will focus on research into the subject of this paper- Research on Wanda cinema’s business model, in this section, the paper has analyze and research Wanda cinema’s business strategy, management model and operating conditions, Through these three emphases exposition, can help us to have a systematic understanding of the current management model in Wanda cinema; The fourth part of this thesis is an analysis of consumer groups in Wanda Cinema. Firstly this article makes a systematic explanation on China’s Popular movie culture’s consumption and the current status. Secondly, the author make a survey to the consumer groups in Wanda Cinema and analyze each one of them through the questionnaire, and finally based on the consumption psychology of the mass culture, and make recommendations accordingly to the cinema’s development in the future; The fifth part is to observe the cinema’s development problems and the future’s prospects from the management model in Wanda Cinema. And this paper hope that through this analysis can make certain recommendations for the future development of China’s cinema.
