In recent years, the government has been encouraging the entrepreneurship of College students. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang proposed "public entrepreneurship" and "grass root entrepreneur”. It is very necessary and valuable, meanwhile it helps to stimulate the Chinese "innovation economy”. The paper "Illuminating the Black Box of Entrepreneurship Education Programs” mainly studies entrepreneurship education for college students. It has important practical significance to entrepreneurship in campus and even to social entrepreneurship. This thesis is a report on translation of the above-mentioned paper and belongs to non-literary translation study. This thesis bases on the theory of Faithfulness, Smoothness and Elegance that put forward by Yan Fu. With the prosperity and the development of translation market and studies, the connotation and significance of this theory has been constantly deepening and expanding. From Lin Yutang, Lu Xun and Chen Xiying to Fu Lei and Qian Zhongshu, they all put forward their own translation theory, but all their theories have the same root with the theory of Yan Fu. Meanwhile, their theories give a further explanation and extension of Yan Fu’s theory. Therefore, Yan Fu’s theory of Faithfulness, Smoothness and Elegance is not out of date. As long as we understand correctly and explain reasonably, we can take it as a “golden rule” of our translation practice work. This paper mainly consists of three components, English text, the Chinese translation and the report on the translation. The report mainly includes four chapters: the first chapter introduces the origin and significance of translation task. The second chapter mainly explains the process of translation, including the preparation stage before translation, and processes of the first draft, the revised draft and the final draft. The third chapter is a detailed analysis of twenty-five translation cases with supported theories. The fourth chapter is the summary of translation practice, with the translator’s experience.
