As for art, media can determine the internal factors of its form and means as well as its state in different times. It is an important subject to find trans boundary idea and new arts of media for theory and practice in the context of modern art. As the materialized language of art,medium changes with the development of our times and concepts. The modern art does not only limit to a piece of paper, pen or ink, but all things are available for utility, transformation and expression. Artists advocate independence and freedom, review what is the value of art and think the interdisciplinary touch in different fields. Therefore, the type of art and view of mind can be broadened. Apart from the “like ”or “unlike”, the modern art need to provide a new point of the world.Through the mutual effect of biology between science and culture, the author engages to finding the value and future of microorganism art under the development of new media. The first chapter goes to the background of modern art development which is the feature and innovation of the subject. The second chapter describes the practical significance and value of the interdisciplinary penetration between biology and other fields. The third chapter will discuss the new art style generated from the crossover between biology and art and the theoretical significance and value of the crossover between science and art. The key point of the paper is the fourth part in which the author takes the microorganisms as the research object, dialyses the microbiology artistic language, express the feeling of the world to choose it as the media of creation and explain its innovation and significance and the rationality of art language in order to build a new aesthetic paradigm and find more possibility. In conclusion,the author will look forward to the future of microorganisms art and the importance of the integrity of media language and art expression.
