In the students’ learning activities, motivation plays a vital role, it not only affects the learning occurs, but also the relationship between the level of effort and the learning outcome of students in the learning process, so in the second language teaching, motivation is One can not ignore the focus. China’s vigorous development, promote trade cooperation and exchanges between China and Korea, the selection of Korean students study Chinese in China growing so comprehensive and detailed study Chinese in China for Korean students learning motivation is to investigate and study the need for extra and value.This paper selects Liaoning Normal University International College of Korean students as research subjects, drawing on the basis of relevant theories of learning motivation of top domestic and foreign, by way of a questionnaire, Liaoning Normal Korean students learning motivation of the International Institute of Education to investigate. After finishing with the analysis of the questionnaire results, summarized Korean students learning motivation type Liaoning Normal Institute of International Education, and according to the actual teaching experience, summed up effective measures to stimulate the motivation of students learning Chinese, thereby improving the quality of teaching a second language.This thesis consists of five parts, namely introduction, review research, investigation and analysis of learning motivation, teaching strategies, and conclusion.The introduction describes the background, purpose and significance of the study, the theoretical basis and methods of the research study.The first chapter is a literature review of learning motivation in second language teaching domestic case studies were reviewed.The second chapter is learning motivation investigation and analysis, is the subject of this article. Through the Institute of International Education, Liaoning Normal Korean students conducted a questionnaire survey, collate and analyze the findings. Institute of International Education, Liaoning Normal summarize Korean students learning motivation and learning types.The third chapter is teaching strategies, based on the survey results, combined with their actual teaching experience, from the creation of the teaching situation, the use of incentive systems, organizational contest and participation in four areas to improve classroom teaching strategies proposed to stimulate student motivation in order to improve the quality and efficiency of foreign teaching Chinese.The conclusion is a summary of the article, but points out the shortcomings of innovation and research.
