"Eastern culture", for the development process,as old as human civilization. Oriental art is profound, involving the vast region, the multivariate classification. It has some of interoperability, but also relativity among peoples and nations. According to geographical and cultural divide, oriental art and aesthetics include the Ancient Egyptian, Hebrew, Persian, Arab, Islamic, Art Theory and Aesthetics of Japan and the Chinese nation, and Western art and aesthetics mainly include culture-based Christ United States and Europe.Eastern and Western art and cultural exchanges in the long history of never stopped. Looking ahead will find that every blend and collide have contributed to the progress and development of new art forms and aesthetic thought. We put all the time fixed in the 19 th century to the late 20 th century this nearly a century, traces the origins and development of modern Western painting to explore where various art genres and major artists to draw on elements of oriental culture and innovation, which is seen as time for a change of the traditional Western culture and art development, thought-provoking, thus combining its own development and further deepen the understanding of art and life and exploration.In this paper, according to the West to learn every aspect of modern painters embody oriental elements were analyzed, divided into five parts:The first part of each painting reflects the artist’s representation of western modern art pursuit plane of the spatial dimensions of oriental art features.The second part is mainly about the freedom to interpret the operation on the composition of modern Western painting artists use the elements of the East.The third part is representative artists of various schools of modern Western art and color inspired by aspects of art in the East, especially in order to liberate color ukiyo-e, mainly in the colors of subjectivity, simple and harmony.Section IV summarizes the modern Western artists pursue oriental elements reflect a wide range of forms, such as the use of graphics and design with the typical oriental features, symbolism, decorative language, the creation of a series and so on.The fifth part describes modern Western artists have realized that in Eastern cultures naturally detached aesthetic interest, respectively, from the nature-loving creative motif and spirit of the East produced penetrated to reflect.
