This research is to find out the influence of the sense of relative deprivation on the aggressive actions by emerging vulnerable groups-newly graduate college students as the research object. By measuring the aggression from the explicit and implicit aspects, conclusion can be attained through statistical analysis. There are two parts in this research:Part one is to certificate the sense of relative deprivation by questionnaire test:judge the sense of relative deprivation through questionnaire surveys taking 622 newly graduates as the research object, through confirmatory factor analysis and analysis of the reliability and validity of validation of the sense of relative deprivation questionnaire at the beginning of the employment of college students.Part two is to study the effects of the explicit and implicit aggression:using the result of the above questionnaire, aggression questionnaire and IAT test program, explore the relationship between the sense of relative deprivation and the explicit and implicit aggression, taking 258 newly graduates as the research object through the F test, T test, correlation analysis and regression analysis method. The research conclusions are as follows:(1) There is a certain degree of relative deprivation among the newly graduates, but no significant difference has been found on variables like gender, work place, graduate school, job category, and time of graduation. It means that newly graduate college students under different work conditions have weak sense of relative deprivation or the difference is unnoticeable(2) The explicit aggression is not significantly related to the implicit aggression. However, male and female subjects show significant difference on explicit aggression only, namely explicit aggression and implicit aggression are the independent variable.(3) The explicit aggression is not significantly related to the sense of relative deprivation among newly graduates.(4) The implicit aggression is associated with the sense of relative deprivation, and the regression analysis results show that:the sense of relative deprivation has a good prediction effect on the implicit aggression.
