Under the guidance of “Skopos Theory†and “domestication†and “foreignization†acting as translation strategies, the translator has translated the Section 3.1 in Chapter I.After translating over 10,000 Chinese words into English, the translator write the translation report in which a brief introduction of the overview, significances as well as process of the translation project will be given. The difficulties encountered in the process of translation practice are summarized as translation of words from laws, culture-loaded words and the disposal of sentences and cohesion and coherence of the text. Guided by “skopos theory†and “domestication†and “foreignizationâ€, the translator has summarized the relevant translation methods or techniques to solve the difficulties.
