| The exercises design is an important aspect of textbook evaluation. Previous studies of intermediate comprehensive course teaching practice mainly focus on the quantity and type of exercise. Based on the development of comprehensive Chinese, intermediate(I) and intermediate Chinese course of intensive reading(I) as the research object, from the three aspects of quantity,type and arrangement features of exercise,has carried on the detailed data statistics, analysis and summarizes the similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages of the two, and then puts forward some proposals.The research results show that on the quantity aspect, present the intermediate comprehensive textbooks’ exercise quantity can’t meet the demand of the use of teachers and students, should be improved on the basis of vocabulary and grammar exercises to increase the quantity of Chinesecharacters’ exercise. On the aspect of exercises’ type, the proportion of the main questions and the low should be the rationally designed, and optimize the vocabulary exercise and Chinese characters exercises. On the last aspect, writers should improve the language knowledge return ratio, covers the four language skills and three kinds of exercises, reasonable arrange difficulty level and the expansion of language items. |
