Pressure is the reaction when the individual in the face of stimulation after subjective assessment, it is the result of the interaction between the individual and the environment. Considering the stage and special environmental requirement of their growth, the Middle school students are more easily to feel stressed. In recent years, the researchers began to study pressure and cope with problems from the Angle of Positive Psychology. People have paid a lot of attention to the positive emotion that is an external factor.The positive affect is one of the affect that when the individual as the outside stimulation, the event meet the individual needs can be produced. Through their characteristics and the way the other factors effect positive emotions that the positive affect can change the pressure. This paper based on the previous studies, and aims to observe and measure the impact that positive emotion have on the pressure by priming positive emotion, and explore other factors may affect the impact.This paper includes two small studies. Study one is one between-group experiment(experiment one), exploring the influences of pressure to middle school student with positive emotion and without positive emotion. The independent variable is positive emotion(priming, non-priming), and the dependent variable is the improvement of pressure. Study two is based on the study one, and go forward. It explores the factors that may have influence on the impacts of the positive emotion priming to middle school students’ pressure. This part includes two experiment(experiment two and three):experiment two, finding extraversion’s role in the impact of the positive emotion priming to middle school students’ pressure, is 2×2 between-group experiment, independent variable A is personality tendency(extraversion, introversion),independent variable B is positive emotion( priming, non-priming). Both A and B are between-group variables. The dependent variable is the improvement of pressure. Experiment three, exploring how the priming materials with different activations affect the impact the positive emotion to the middle school students’ pressure. This experiment will implement in single factor between-group before and after method. The independent are the priming materials with different activations(high, low), and the dependent variable is the improvement of pressure. Both of the experiments’ objects are the senior grade one students in one high school, collected 204 valid data and there are 91 boys and 113 girls. They have not been significant changes over the recent, and their vision or corrected visual acuity is normal.The results found that:1. There are both significant differences after the positive emotion priming and non-priming. And the score of the tested group with positive emotion priming is significantly less than the other one.2. Considering the personality tendency, before the pressure test, both extraversion and introversion have significant main effect, and score of extraversion is higher. After the pressure test, the main effects of positive emotion priming and non-priming are significant. The score of positive emotion priming is lower. And there are no main effects in the improvement of pressure with or without positive emotion priming.3. Considering priming materials with different activations, after the pressure test, the materials with high and low activation both have significant differences, and the high activation one has lower score. About the improvement of pressure, both of them have significant differences on the impact of positive emotion to middle school students’ pressure. And the high activation has higher improvement of pressure.Based on the above study, the research conclusion of this study are :(1) The positive emotions priming can feel significant relief pressure.(2) In the absence of emotional involvement, the participants pressure higher than the introversion extroversion subjects, and after a period of waiting, introversion subjects stress increases;When the positive emotions be primed, positive emotions can improve both inside and outside leaning participants feel pressure, introversion subjects to improve value is greater than the extraversion subjects.(3) Emotional arousal have significant effects on stress feelings, the higher the arousal, the more pressure to improve significantly.
