Mark is a mark used to indicate the features of things, can also be called a logo orlogo. And a sign of design of planar design, commercial symbol, in our lives the most common trademark everywhere, the more ociety developed, trademark developmentmore refined, more abundant species. In the era of rapid economic development,enterprise in order to adapt to the new business development, have replaced the image of their own logo. Standard measure to show no change in this series is onlybusiness to follow the trend of accidental phenomenon, but a major decision of each enterprise after many rational thinking. Signs of modern enterprises has become the enterprise potential of intangible assets, it is a kind of guarantee and relying on the development of the enterprise, the enterprise overall image design, logo designoccupies a very important position, is the central link of corporate visual identity system design, the overall image of the success or failure of a business by the logodesign of the important influence.Comprehensive categories of semiotics as an interdisciplinary, origin and modernlinguistics is a discipline, the general theoretical research of symbols, the guiding role of theory in the modern design aspects involved in building design, graphic design,industrial product design. Mark as a sign, will all the restraints of the theory of semiotics. This article from the semiotic theory, analyzing the structure of the modern logo design, in order to try to figure out the audience psychology. Mainly to Peirce for the three points method of symbol to symbol graphics into method of image symbols,indicative symbols and symbolic symbols, were studied by the examples, hoping togain practical value, role in promoting the development of logo design, better service to the enterprises and designers.
