Moral as the protocol of human behavior is the basic principle that must be followed when doing social activities. Its importance also got more and more attention by the public. As the basic attribute of humankind people become to realize the importance effect of moral on the development of organization, expically for the manager in the organization, for the reason that it directly dicide the interest of the organization that he/she served. In practice, moral behavior refer to the behavior that on the guide of moral principle. Moral conation is one of the way to assess the ability of the person that adhere to the implemention of moral behavior when facing moral dilemma. Maral conation is also part of the moral capacity. It guarantee the judgement that a person made is based on the guide of moral rules, and it also help the person to insist on the moral behavior when facing the moral dilemma or other temptations.Based on the reason mentioned above, the reasearch here aimed at study the component of individual moral conation and the relationship among moral conation, organizaitional behavior and organizaitional citizenship behavior. On the foundation research by the formal researcher, the factor of individual moral conation should include justice, fair, fortitude, temperance and prudence. A questionaire is also made based on the existing researches and scales. After the analysis of 923 participants by SPSS and AMOS, a formal questionaire about individual moral conation, which contain five components named justice, fair, fortitude, temperance and prudence is result. After that 628 more participants was taken into the research to further analysis the research hypothesis.After the difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the result show that: ① Individual moral conation and organizational citizenship behavior is influenced by the age, gender, education background and homeplace of the participants, while individual moral conation is also influence by the place that the participants live; ②The individual moral conation can forecast the organizational identification; ③ The individual moral conation can forecast the organizational citizenship behavior; ④Organizational identification partly mediate the relationship between individual moral conation and organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions and shortcomings are proposed in the final part of this article based on the result of the study.
