HuHaiXinWenYiJianXuZhi,is the largest collection of ghost stories in Song Dynasty that an imitation of Hong Mai’s YiJianZhi. As a part of ghost stories,it has the unique value and characteristics. Study on the Hu HaiXin WenYiJianXuZhi, clarify the fuzzy information of author so far,analysis the subject of stories, discuss the ideological culture in the book,Summarizes the artistic features and influence, which is contributed to understand the art of novel better. This thesis is composed of four parts that strive to perfect the literature research and theoretical analysis of the book. The first chapter is the introduction to the author and the version of this book. The article holds that the author of the book is Wu Yuanfu who lived in the period between Song dynasty and Yuan dynasty by the means of literature review and text statistics to find the all of information of author. Moreover, combing the different versions of the HuHaiXinWenYi JianXuZhi in this chapter and Correcting the mistakes of words and content based on the different versions of the novel text proofreading.The second chapter mainly explores the subject matter and style of the book.Such as the original sources of materials, the way of making up a story,the category of lexicographical work in terms of layout, the unique style of categorization. Study is carried through illustrating the implicit concept of the novel and folk beliefs in the third chapter. The spirit underthe social background of that time is show in that from the concept of ghost novels of Hong Mai and The innovation of content to the profound ideological implication in ghost stories. The fourth chapter is the Appreciation of artistic features of the novel text, from three aspects:documentary, poetic and the advocation rationality.Finally,This paper clears that this book have an effect on the later literature. These ghost stories is written in the book of the novel are included in later books,classical Chinese novels, vernacular novels and folklore,while compiled and disseminated.
