In recent years, with the sustainable development of China’s various aspects, constantly extend and expand foreign trade, more and more foreigners start learning Chinese, at the same time, there are more and more teachers involved in the overseas Chinese education of Chinese language. With the deepening of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language and study at the same time, the problems are also more and more. The teaching of Chinese characters as outstanding difficulties has attracted the attention of many scholars. Character of complex structure, wide strokes, "hard difficult to read, write," these ideas make Chinese learners to learn Chinese characters exist difficulties situation, also makes the teaching of Chinese characters in the awkward position. After the 1990 s, the Chinese character component method is put forward, make people see its superior to the traditional teaching method, but the Chinese character component teaching method or step-by-step analysis of Chinese characters, a large number of Chinese characters is a big problem for Chinese learners. Chinese character teaching is slow, not only affects the other class learning, more caused inconvenience to daily life of the students.By flash method this paper put forward the innovation of teaching Chinese characters, to one of the students have not seen the words written on CARDS, one to three seconds flashing in front of him, to let the students write down immediately, again by letting students chant parts, meditate while writing Chinese characters such as repeated training to achieve the goal of fast memory characters.83% of knowledge through visual absorption, flash method to teach a combination of characters and use of the human eye and brain function, effectively solve the problem of difficult hard to remember Chinese characters, can learn a lot of Chinese characters in a short period of time, effectively solve daily life for students cannot be read for the inconvenience caused, it can also exercise the student in the shortest possible time get the more text messages, effectively control reading time, change students often have the phenomenon of "quick read" but don’t know its meaning.At first, this paper extracted the 500 high frequency words, after the analysis of high frequency words, USES the first teach DuTiZi to fit word order of teaching, and illustrates the implementation method of flash method. Then respectively using the method of flash about DuTiZi and fit the word teaching steps and methods. In the teaching process, according to the actual situation of teaching, then flashes the corresponding words and phrases.At present, the flash method applied in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, is to help students to review, let students to respond quickly, recalled previously learned content. And flash images of this kind of method is launched the student’s right brain, right brain is compatible with Chinese characteristics, the characteristics of Chinese characters and adapted to the characteristics of the retina, so the teaching Chinese characters by flash method is feasible. It can make students in a short time, solve the problem of "difficult to Chinese characters", to help improve the enthusiasm of students learning Chinese characters is no longer just blindly analysis the structure and function of Chinese characters. At the same time also can improve the classroom interest, provide teachers with a flexible approach to the teaching of Chinese characters.
