The world is eager to learn about China, and China is accelerating its integration into the world. With the vigorous development of Chinese international promotion and the continuously rising popularity of the “Chinese fever”, more and more international students rush into China to learn Chinese language. The number of international students in China has become an indicator of internationalization between universities. Therefore, it also puts new projects on methods of international student management and educational systems forward. This thesis paper tries to explore proper strategies for Chinese language globalization through the discussion of educational experiences in Liaoning University in order to push our school’s development of international education forward and to meet the need of internationalization in universities.This thesis is altogether divided into seven parts. The first part is the exordium that gives a brief introduction about the significance of the paper. The first chapter describes the process of International student educaion in Liaoning University. Besides, it analyzes the current situation of our school’s international students based on the data of Liaoning University. The second chapter discusses the enrollment and daily management of international students in Liaoning University in order to extract the sustainable strategies for enrollment through the analysis of international students’ current educational situation. In this way, we can effectively regulate their daily management work. The following chapter introduces the positive influences that Liaoning University’s educational work does in Chinese language globalization by statements about Chinese language teachers, textbooks and scientific research. The forth chapter introduces two indispensible foundations of Chinese language globalization in Liaoning University. One is the northeast base of Chinese language globalization and the other is international education demonstration base in China. It mainly discusses the significance and functions those bases have on Chinese language globalization based on the background, function and current situation. The fifth chapter introduces the current situation of three Confucius Institutes related to Liaoning University. It will dissect the current situation, developing goal and task to present a comprehensive analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese language globalization in Liaoning University and explore the developing strategies for Chinese language globalization.
