The nature of music is a kind of inner appearance of man’s metaphysical essence about sound art. Its nature, which is the same with the nature of super being in metaphysical theory in philosophy, is about the inquiry and expression of man’s freedom nature. That is to say, it is a mode of activity to make a man as man, to achieve maximum perfection, to improve comprehensively in-stead of one-sided and to realize self nature.Nature of both music and man are belongs to freedom nature. The internal relationship of metaphysical natural instinct of surmounting unifies in man’s vital activity, in other words, practice nature. Music could act on human life, sublimate man’s life realm, increase man’s sense of gracefulness and sublimity in order to promote the all-round development of human beings and realize the existence of human dignity and essence of free and happy life.Music acts on human life in humanity value.Music promotes man’s imagination and creativity.Music liberates man from the control of instinct desire of the object then moves towards free and conscious human nature.Music changes the world through change human. Therefore the world becomes peaceful and harmonious.Music pursues harmony. According to the basic understanding of Marxist philosophy, harmony is the essential unification, in other words, integrated relationship of man and nature, man and other, man and self. Harmony is also the valuable life being of entering the Unity of Man and Nature.Music heads towards humanity which makes man become a man.The effect music casts on man is on the premises of man’s understanding on human nature. That is, how to understand the function of music, what the function casts on, how it works, what is the function’s property, effect, approach and purpose. All these depend on how we understand human and human nature. Understanding the exact effect of music relies on the exact understanding of human.“The effect of music education on human comprehensive development”, here the meaning of “comprehensive” is proposed based on Marx’s understanding of human nature and lies in Marx’s understanding of humanity.Marx’s philosophy realizes a fundamental revolution in history of western philosophy. It achieves the transformation from traditional philosophy to modern philosophy in aspect of philosophic nature or philosophy conception. The focus of philosophy moves from traditional metaphysical ontology to diagnostic epistemology. On the perspective of human essence and human nature, “philosophic theory eventually comes back to reality from faraway other world, come back to people in reality from abstract symbolic man…,” come back to human’s position from object’s position, come back to inquire present living world from original priori absoluteness.The nature of practice is the essence and soul of Marxism philosophy. Human in Marx’s under-standing is based on unity of in-itself and for-itself and also the unity of nature and freedom of human’s super being of practical nature. Comprehensive development is the nature and purpose. Human’s formation and development of social historicity is the realistic path to comprehensively occupy self nature(the nature of freedom and conscious). It establishes the foundation of philosophic thoughts and theories to accurately understand and grasp the internal relationship between natures of human and music and also the human’s comprehensive development.
