Since the first GM crops--the transgenic tobacco birth,in the Unite States,in1983, the enthusiasm for researching and development of transgenic crops never stop.The huge economic bring the rapid development of genetically modified food industry.With the further development and application of genetically modified food, its safety problem also gradually exposed in the public, causing widespread controversy in the world.Science and technology is a "double-edged sword", it will not automatically bring the benefit to mankind,or to achieve the goal for the benefit of mankind,until it is under the control of the correct ethics. So genetically modified food must be restricted to ethics to protect human health and ecological nature in the acquisition of human interest and harmony.But ethical issues of the safety of genetically modified food is complex.it includes Human health, environmental health, distribution of interests, the public right of informed consent etc,and needs one by one analysis of concrete coping.So get the ethical guarantee for the safety of genetically modified food is a valuable research topic of practical significance and theory.In this paper, the safety of genetically modified food as the theme, focusing on the analysis of genetically modified food in human health and ecological safety impact,to find out the effective way to avoid the risk from the perspective of ethic,make people know more about genetically modified food.ultimately improve the genetically modified food safety system of ethics, let the ethical constraints become the fundamental way to solve the security problems of the genetically modified food.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is introduction,it mainly introduces the research meaning, purpose, ideas and methods.The second part mainly studies the ethical issues of genetically modified food,analysis of the safety of genetically modified food problems mainly from the hazards to human health, as well as the pollution of the natural.The third part is to analysis the reason of ethical genetically modified food problems, starting from the objectivity of transgenic technology risk, putting forward the concept of community of genetically modified food, community responsibility, so as to find out the imperfect system of genetically modified food ethics.The fourth part is about the ethical care safety of genetically modified food.try to to find the path to solve the security problems of the genetically modified food in an ethical perspective.Through five kinds of ethical evaluation system, the establishment of genetically modified food safety of genetically modified food culture community ethics responsibility, improve the safety of genetically modified food ethics system, to realize the ethical restriction and supervision on the safety of genetically modified food.Only go with the implementation of effective ethics to guide the development of genetically modified food, the genetically modified food technology can try to give full play to their own advantages, to become "green technology", to achieve the goal about the benefit of genetically modified food for the mankind.
