There are three sub-researches in this study, studyl compares the self-disclosure offline and self-disclosure online, study2 explores the relationship between interpersonal trust and self-disclosure offline/online, study3 examines the moderating role of extroversion on the relationship between interpersonal trust and self-disclosure offline/online. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) There are significant differences in the self-disclosure offline and self-disclosure online, at the intent, positivity, depth, honesty factors, offline self-disclosure are significantly higher than online self-disclosure, at the amount factor, online self-disclosure are significantly higher than offline self-disclosure.(2) At the amount and honesty factors of offline self-disclosure, female students are significantly higher than male students, however, there are no significant difference in the online-disclosure between male and female students.(3) At the positivity, depth, honesty factors of offline-disclosure, senior students are higher than junior students, At the positivity factor of online-disclosure, senior students are higher than junior students.(4) The interpersonal trust offline is significantly higher than the interpersonal trust online. The interpersonal trust offline is small to middling related to the self-disclosure offline, and has the certain interpretion function to honesty, positivity, intent, depth, amount in descending order. The interpersonal trust online is is small to middling related to the self-disclosure online, and has the certain interpretion function to honesty, depth, positivity, amount, intent in descending order.(5) In reality, interpersonal trust’s interpretion on self-disclosure’s intent, amount, positivity factors, the extraversion group is higher than introversion group, but at the depth and honesty factors, the introversion group is higher than extraversion group. On the Internet, interpersonal trust’s interpretion on self-disclosure’s intent, honesty factors, the extraversion group is higher than introversion group, but at the amount, positivity and depth factors, the introversion group is higher than extraversion group. It’s sorry that the difference is not significant, owing to the regression equation of the independent variable and dependent variable is not good enough, and the linear relationship of the regression equation is not perfect.
