The intangible cultural heritage( "ICH" for short) are social practice, ideas representation, manifestation, knowledge, skills and related tools,artefacts and cultural spaces. It has been looked as a part of cultural heritage by communities, groups and individuals sometimes. Intangible cultural heritage is the important cultural wealth inherited by ethnic groups. And it is riched in historical value, economic value, artistic value and scientific value and so on. The intangible cultural heritage has began to attract people’s attention from the established of "Human Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity list" item by UNESCO officially in 2000. The State Council have issued the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage. Then the domestic scholars and experts’ study on intangible cultural heritage is expanding. The Heilongjiang province has a long history and many ethnic minorities, riched in cultural heritage. It has a total of 33 national ICH items and 317 provincial ICH items till January 2016. The richful and diverse intangible cultural heritage have provied the foundation for the developement of economy and cultrue of Heilongjiang. The domestic intangible cultural heritage study are focused on the aspect of the concept, theoretical discussion,conservation and tourism exploitation. The study of ICH in Heilongjiang are also focused on the tourism exploitation, the study of one project or one nation and few studies from the perspective of the analysis of spatial distribution. Therefore, this paper discuss the spatial distribution of ICH in Heilongjiang based on the spatial perspective and analyze the spatial distribution of ICH, in order to provide an appropriate reference value for the conservation and exploitation of ICH resources in Heilongjiang.The first and second chapter are the basic preparation for this paper. At the first chapter, it mainly describe the background and significance of the topic and review the research literature of ICH around domestic and abroad in this paper. The paper summarizes the research methods, contents and technical route briefly. In the second chapter, the paper defines the concept of intangible cultural heritage and combs the theory of the conservation and exploitation of ICH.The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the emphasis of this paper. First of all, it countthe number of ICH among different areas in Heilongjiang and make an analysis of the category of ICH in Heilongjiang according to the current file. Applying the analysis tools of ArcGIS to analyze the aggregated region and the buffer distribution of ICH.Combined with the closest index and geographic concentration index to judge the type of spatial distribution and the balance degree and summarized the influencing factors of spatial distribution. Then according to the status of ICH’s conservation and exploitation and current problem in Heilongjiang. Combined with the current conservation and exploitation model to make suitable methods for Heilongjiang, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the conservation and exploitation of ICH. In order to have a continued prosperity and development of culture in Heilongjiang. The research process of this paper can provide the experience for the spatial analysis,conservation and exploitation study in other provinces or cities.
