Lu Xun grew up in the late Qing Dynasty, at that time had been affected by the concept of "science" which introduced into China. Especially,during his study in Japan, he accepted a large number of new ideas, and started to translate the "science fiction". Although the translation of Lu Xun’s science fiction in the late Qing Dynasty is not yet mature, it had been through the action of translation itself, showing his attention and understanding of "science" and "science fiction". Especially the translation of Lu Xun’s early science fiction placed under the late Qing Dynasty’s science fiction background, highlighting the particularity of the translation of Lu Xun’s science fiction in the late Qing Dynasty. This paper is divided into three chapters, the first chapter combs the concept of science and science fiction in the late Qing Dynasty, the professional background of Lu Xun and his associated translation of science; the second chapter selects The Travel Of Earth as text analysis object of the translation of Lu Xun’s early science fiction, through the understanding of translation and interpretation, the title of rewriting, the text analysis of introduction, and his original mistranslation, delete translation, translation by adding the contents, has a more comprehensive and in-depth text analysis. The third chapter places the translation of Lu Xun’s early science fiction into the background of the late Qing Dynasty, in contrast with the translation of science and science fiction of that time writers, synthesizes his four translations of Lu Xun’s early science fiction, takes The history of science as an example,which Lu Xun’s creation of literature intertextuality context be corroborated, highlighting Lu Xun’s profound thoughts:begins with science, but more than science. Lu Xun’s profound thinking reflects his special significance of science fiction in the late Qing Dynasty.
