Communication is the first function of the language, and communication smoothly will not lack of vocabulary, in recent years in teaching Chinese as a foreign language vocabulary research are mainly in three aspects: word based research; the second is word based research;the third is the morpheme teaching method, and method of morpheme teaching method take got more and more recognition. Research on morpheme teaching method mainly focus on the implementation of significance, strategies and principles in the morpheme teaching method etc.. The research of Chinese ontology research achievements and research of foreign language teaching combination are increasing, such as for vocabulary teaching by the meaning of compound words and morpheme research.Ways of word formation of Chinese disyllabic compound words has partial positive type, compound, supplement type, verb object type, subject predicate type five structure types, according to the results of investigation on the development of Chinese comprehensive disyllabic compound words word formation, partial formal compounds accounted for the vast majority, followed by combined. Morpheme and structural meaning and the meaning of Chinese compound words.
