New Technology Application In Ancient Mural Data Collection And Protection

Ancient murals are important cultural heritage of mankind. This cultural heritage plays an important role in no matter aesthetic research or history research. China anc ient murals combined architecture, sculpture and mural together organically, recordin g the cultural and historical information at that time. In the long course of years, artist s pushed China ancient murals onto a new height by combining Chinese traditional cu lture and minority cultures together, as well as learning from other foreign cultures. B ut in the long course of years, almost all ancient murals were damaged to different ext ent, even if for those preserved until now, are more or less affected This article first introduced the current research status of Chinese ancient frescoes, which introduced Chinese traditional cultural heritage first and murals have great artistic value and cultural value as an important part of the Chinese traditional cultural heritage, to make the readers have a clear understanding of the development and production of current China murals, and pave the way for the later introduction of new technologies research. Subsequently for traditional mural protection technology and application of research, this part mainly introduces the currently used in traditional mural protection and restoration methods and techniques and the new technology method, in view of the problems existing in the murals of, from a large number of new technology on high spectral data according to the processing technology and 3D laser scanning technology, analysis of the basic principle of each technique, main characteristics and advantages, and introduces the current protection of Dunhuang fresco and mural Jokhang Temple. Finally, the article carries on the protection of ancient Chinese ancient mural, traditional mural protection technology and new technology of the protection of ancient murals are introduced respectively, pointed out that new technology may exist problems in the protection of the murals, on the basis of this conception ideas for solving the existing problems.
