Chinese and Kazak are two entirely different languages which separately belong to Sino Tibetan and Altai. By making a comparison, the purpose of the thesis is to recognize the similarities and differences between the two languages of Chinese Kazak, especially the different side, so as to find out the characteristics of each of the two languages. The meaning of word can be divided into different types, and lexical semantics researches the lexical meaning of words. There is very rich in contents of the comparison of lexical semantics, so in the framework of the meaning of selection and there is analysis with four aspects of motivation, word level, semantic field and lexical collocation. Find out the similarities and differences between Chinese and Kazakh which belongs to entirely different language families of the meaning of language in order to guide the practice of Lexical Semantic Contrast between Chinese and Kazakh, in which is drawn the conclusion to enrich the theory of lexical semantics and example and deepens the theory of Chinese Kazak vocabulary and makes the study on the Chinese and Kazak Language more perfect, more in-depth.The thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces the significance, status in both domestic and foreign, contents and methods of the research etc. The second chapter analyses of motivation which makes the comparison in morphological motivation, semantic motivation, body motivation. In body motivation comparison, Chinese is an ideographic writing which has a strong form, while Kazakh belongs to alphabetic writing which has the writing motivation, but Kazakh form words belongs to the former type. The third chapter makes the comparison of the term of degree, which mainly includes two aspects of the word classes and different expression domains of Kazakh and Chinese, and secondly discusses the simple way to enrich the language vocabulary. By contrast, it is urgently to be improved and to be more distinct the Kazakh language about the new terminology word level and the expression. The fourth chapter attempts to use semantic analysis method by making the contrast of semantic field and using the comparative analysis from the micro and macro perspectives on Chinese and Kazakh language semantics field. The fifth Chapter analyses the words collocation from two aspects of semantics and syntax of collocation analysis between Chinese and Kazakh language, and describes the different collocation range corresponding to the word. Making the comparison, we can learn that it is very useful for mastering a language(HA) to understand each other’s pragmatic habits and social cultural background. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text. By the comparative research of the thesis, on the one hand, it pays more attention to the results achieved in the traditional semantic, and makes a careful analysis of predecessors existing research results which systematically collects through the literature research method in order to identify Chinese Kazak languages for comparison of data, and makes a concept of classification of the two languages expressed, divided into correspond to each other, the corresponding part and mutual does not correspond to the concept, and makes the contrast analysis rooted in the contrast of two national cultural tradition and spiritual and cultural soil of semantic elements. On the other hand, it makes the analysis of the theory and analysis methods of modern semantics. In the comparison of semantic field, firstly it determines the comparison of semantic field, and lists all the words in Chinese Kazak languages corresponding semantic field, finds distinctive features by the method of "sememe analysis method", and makes the explanations of the reasons for the differences in the specific usage of each word. There are some similarities between the meaning of Chinese Kazak through the long period of national integration, but there are also their own characteristics.
