MTCSOL since from the 2007 trial enrollment, up to now, a total of 107 schools began to recruit candidates for Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. Then, 5 years to gradually increase the school. The last two years have stopped hiring, reducing school enrollment. At present, there are two main directions of MTCSOL in the direction of employment: One is Office of Chinese Language Council International sent to overseas teaching volunteers, there is a certain number of years, and every year to recruit a limited number, screening conditions of increasingly harsh, can not meet the current domestic MTCSOL students employment need. The other one is taught in the school of international education of the University, engaged in the work of international Chinese language education, the various institutions of teacher demand is saturated.In this paper, based on the theory of multiple disciplines, especially based on self organization theory research, the author during the January August 2015 to 2016 organized test of Chinese open teaching activities, and achieved certain achievements in teaching and revenue. The main body of this article is the organizing operation on the activities of detailed description and analysis, in-depth research has been made on the related discipline theory knowledge, summed up the event is worth to draw lessons from the advantages and the existing problems were analyzed, to take new employment idea for MTCSOL, broaden the international Chinese teaching education master’s employment channels.The article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background and significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the current academic research status. The second part mainly discusses the theoretical basis and practical basis of the organization of Chinese learning group activities. The third part is the detailed description and analysis of the operation of the Chinese learning group activities, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages. The fourth part is under the condition of the existing MTCSOL graduates counterparts, the employment opportunity and threat analysis, binding has organized the Chinese learning the running situation of the team of MTCSOL by widen teaching organization form of the feasibility of the employment channels and widen the vision wild, the employment problem of the MTCSOL put forward feasible new idea. The fifth part summarizes the full text, and points out the innovation points and deficiencies of the article.
