Thai Professional Aptitude Test (PAT7.4) and the new HSK (level 4) are Thai high school students can be used to apply for university entrance, but the two of them are different in many ways, the students’scores are differ widely. This study is used from Thai Professional Aptitude Test in 2011 and the new HSK (level 4) in 2014, analyzed by the questions,vocabulary and grammar factors to compare between the two of them. The results of the study show that two kinds of basis pattern test, basis proposition, proposition scope, fractional reference system, difficulties and forms of question are rather widely difference. Then students and Chinese tutors are investigated by the way of the comparisons between Thai Professional Aptitude Test (PAT7.4) and the new HSK (level 4), comments and suggestions, reflection the problems by using the questionnaire survey and suggestions for providing corresponding solutions and test preparation path.According to the conclusion of the difficulties comparison between Thai Professional Aptitude Test (PAT7.4) and the new HSK (level 4), the content of Thailand’s Chinese entrance examination questions are comprehensive, the differences in teaching syllabus and Thai Professional Aptitude Test (PAT7.4) are so vast, The difficulties of the topic is not benefit to the test for the Chinese level of high school students grade 12; but the new HSK level 4 is proper for students grade 12, because the new HSK (level 4) arrangement is more reasonable and scientifically, in accordance with the requirements of language test. Furthermore, most of the textbooks using in Thailand school are writing on the basis of HSK examination topic, textbook’s syllabus are in accordance with HSK (level 4) syllabus, vocabulary in the textbooks are even more difficult than HSK (level 4). Vocabulary and grammar are also appear in the new HSK level 4, so as the Chinese knowledge level of high school students, they are more appropriate for HSK (level 4). In difficulties comparison of the two kinds of test, Thai Professional Aptitude Test (PAT7.4) questions more difficult than the HSK (level 4). According to the above research results, the corresponding suggestions on the existing Thai Professional Aptitude Test (PAT7.4) and Chinese education problems, put forward the scheme for students and teacher preparation.
