Listening and speaking matters have always been the core issue of language teaching, learning Chinese as foreign language has been a great demand for oral communication ability, and the teaching practice shows that combination listening with speaking is conducive to the cultivation of communicative ability. Speaking teaching should focus on the application of listening and speaking training, to solve the situation of Korean teachers in oral Chinese teaching lack of practicability and pertinence, interest in low, teaching and explanation time too long,and the problems of students on the acquisition of phonetics and grammar difficult, Chinese export barriers, tension and fear feelings. Listening and speaking training method is produced on the basis of the Audio-lingual Method, advocate using various means and ways, let the students during listening and speaking practice to master the language materials. The training should follow progressive principle,combine listening with speaking,communication principle and the principle of student-centered. Students through the tape and repeat, the text rehearsal, discuss problem sets, oral communicative activities to complete the teaching mission. Using listening and speaking training method to make teaching design and practice, we should pay attention to the time plan and students’ feeling, and we put forward suggestion to South Korean students oral Chinese class teaching.
