Learning self-control is the students individual according to the learning goals,constantly adjust their own learning behavior, to overcome setbacks, the difficulties in learning and interference, the learning activities to maintain stability in a certain level.Many research results have shown that learning self-control and students’ academic achievement, self-esteem, self-confidence, and there were significant differences in mental health level. But, junior high school for survival is in adolescence, their sense of self developing but not mature stable, mood is mature, and the contradiction between naive characteristics of learning self-control is the characteristics of the sustained and stable enough. therefore, to explore a set of improving junior high school students learning the lessons of the self-control, let the students have a learning self-control personality traits, it is necessary and meaningful.In this study including Chongqing and Hebei 603 junior middle school students as the respondents, using the table of the junior high school students learning self-control strength junior middle school students learning self-control of the status of the investigation. According to the survey, selecting grade 3 students in a middle school in Chongqing for once a week, 50 minutes class, a total of nine weeks of group counseling intervention. According to the results of the survey and integrated previous research to self-efficacy, self-consciousness, planning, self-monitoring, perseverance,emotional control, environmental control as the theme to formulate a set of junior high school students learning self-control intervention plan. Through practice the result after the test, modify and improve, to improve the level of junior high school students learning self-control.By studying get the following conclusions:1. Junior high school students learning self-control is in the medium level.2.Girls in junior high school students learning self-control level is higher than boys.3.The junior high school grade one students’ learning self-control is stronger than grade 2, grade 3.4.Parents way as the authoritative way of junior middle school students learningself-control is stronger than parents democratic and laissez-faire, junior middle school students.5.Parents relationship is close type of junior middle school students learning self-control is stronger than their parents relationship often quarrel or divorce.6.The intervention of the present study scheme is reasonable and effective,improving the junior middle school students learning self-control.
