The early Ming Dynasty, imperial court began actively offering amnestly the Jurchen in Tumen River Basin and setting the Jianzhou Wei and Maolian Wei, and so on. As a result of war and other reasons, The Jurchen living here has moved to the south, but there was also a part of people does not move away. The Jurchen of Tumen River Basin got a lot of necessaries of life and agricultural production tools with Ming Dynasty and Korea’s tributary and border trade. They gradually changed only know fishing economy, began to learn farming technology.At the end of the Ming Dynasty, many forces dominated in Tumen River basin. Nurhachi and Huang Taiji were completely controlled the area finally through long-term competition. And they got the monopoly of ginseng and mink trade rights. At the same time, they moved the population to Liaodong and weaved into the Eight Banners; brought them into the Manchu community.In the Ming Dynasty, The Jurchen of Tumen River Basin with the Ming Dynasty and Korea tributary and border trade strengthened the economic ties between the Jurchen areas and other areas, to promote inter regional economic exchanges. It not only enhanced the Houjin’s economic and military strength, but also promoted the development of border economy. It made an important and far-reaching influence on the Tumen River Basin.
