Study On The Development Of Multy Cultural Resources And International Cooperation In Tumen River Region

The TumenRiver region is a concentrated area of multi ethnic groups and multi cultures in Northeast Asia.It is also an important strategic area of connecting Russia,North Korea,South Korea,Japan and other countries with Mainland.This region is becoming important increasingly whether in politics,economy or military strategic position.Therefore,the transformation and development of culture industry of TumenRiver region are of special significance not only for minority economic development and political stability of this region,but also for the various national multicultural development.Especiallysince the One Road,One Belt initiative has been proposed,how to seize the opportunity to actively participate in the "One Road,One Belt" initiative and give full play to its role in accelerating social economic development of Northeast Asia is a question worth discussing.In this paper,firstly,we discussed the coordinated development relationship between multi-culture theory,cultural resources and regional economy.We adopted the method of traditional literature review and comparative analysis to comb systematically the documents in related fields at home and abroad and discussed multicultural concept,and function,connotation and methods of coordinated development of regional economy.Secondly,we investigated the multi-cultural resources and their distribution in TumenRiver region.The human geography situation of TumenRiver region is analyzed and discussed from the aspects of space definition and ethnic distribution of TumenRiver region.We discussed the formation and development of ethnic culture in Tumen River region by taking Yanbian area,Pioneer Area of North Korea,coastal area of Russia as examples,to sum up this regional characteristics of cross culture,compound culture and marginal culture.Thirdly,we analyzed the current situation of multi-cultural resources development of TumenRiver region.We combed cultural industry resources,analyzed the current situation of tourism and culture resources development of countries in TumenRiver region.It is demonstrated in this paper the necessity of further developing ethnic cultural resources of Tumen River region.Fourthly,we discussed the restrictive factors of international cooperation in the area of multi-cultural resources in TumenRiver region.Tree factors are analyzed in this paper,which are political factors(historical disputes,nuclear issue,nationalism),regional factors(traffic conditions,human resources,economic reasons),cognitive factors(culture brand awareness is not strong,the national policy differences,ethnic cultural resources destruction)etc.Finally,we put forward the international cooperation and development strategy of multi-cultural resources and its prospect of TumenRiver region.We should create a multicultural "win-win" atmosphere and develop culture industry combining national One Road,One Belt initiative on the road of integration of cultural resources and ecological resources.
