Han Biao is reigning in the late Southern Song Dynasty poet, compared with its notorious poems, a considerable number of Ci also has a certain significance. All along, the academic study of Han Biao poetry a lot, but the Ci is not enough studied in depth. In view of this, this thesis is divided into three chapters:The first part studies on the relationship between Han Biao and Xin Zhou group. Han Biao and Xin Qiji, Han Yuanji, Zhao fan, Xu Wenqing, Wu Shaogu for frequent Xinzhou on behalf of CI group responding interaction, and they chimed in place different, relatively fixed. Theme orientation of Han Biao Ci tend to Xinzhou group as a whole style and especially Xin Qiji this period leisurely feature to have deep influence.The second part explores the theme orientation of Han Biao Ci. Han Biao through the writing of reclusion life and express their longing of leisure life; furthermore, Han Biao through to the life feeling showing optimistic and broad-minded, casual and relieved, contented in poverty and devoted to things spiritual and affirmation of the value of life. Finally, Han Biao through describing the scenery not only the expression of the nature of love, but also embodies the character of pure and elegant.The third part explores the creative features of Han Biao Ci. First, analysis of Han Biao the Neo Confucianism’s words into Ci and Neo Confucianism’s interest into Ci two aspects to understand the integration of academic generation and a generation of literature, especially Han Biao Ci both lyrical abound again philosophy; secondly, Han Biao "Taking the text as the Ci" inheritance is mainly reflected through the prose language, classics, history, Confucian classics, collection into CI. Finally, the analysis of Han Biao fresh and cold Ci wind.
