Global accompanied by Chinese international hot, on the one hand the learner and teacher supply and demand imbalance, the teacher shortage is becoming more and more serious. On the other hand, the Internet and modern science and technology rapid development, the new media rise, the derivative of the mobile learning, especially in micro Bo micro letter to representative, with debris, not subject to time and geographical constraints, resource rich, interactive strong sense of, the intersection of learning all the advantages, is becoming more and more popular in hot pursuit.
