After the first three emperors,Emperor He of Han came to the throne and his mother grasped the political power,the Eastern Han dynasty turned to its degenerating stage.At first,during Liu Xu establishing his government,the war was still going on,so the policies and decrees were always affected by the war situation.Liu Xu want to turn the revolutionary regime to a normal government.Thinking about the meritorious helping him in the war,his policies of the officers all over the country must be carried out very slowly and conditionally,such as giving them great wealth but not the power.The vigilance of the emperors make the meritorious doing things very carefully,they became afraid of taking part in the secret of the empire.But some of the meritorious associated themselves with the feudal princes make the political situation very austere.And some others of them making use of marital relations with the emperor to get the power,this phenomenon changed the political situation widely and greatly,and lasted for almost the last hundred years.The eunuchs became the center of the power after they helped the emperor wipe out the consort clans.Then the age called dominance of the eunuchs arrived.Liu Xu and the meritorious were very interested in Confucian culture,in this case,there were a great many intellectuals in the Eastern Han dynasty,they paid close attention to politics,their political activities became a great scenery line.In the end,the eunuchs were swept away by the intellectuals,but the protection of the emperor also disappeared,the emperor soon became a puppet,the regime was going to his end.In fact,some hidden danger of the empire has appeared during its founded,the interaction of political groups may be a new way to look into the Eastern Han dynasty.
