Chinese schools have a great development than before in Philippines, but there are still have a variety of problem s in wide range. Chinese schools are lim ited by the government, and the governm ent does not gi ve support to the Chinese schools, let Chinese schools em erge of the mselves and perish of themselves; The subordinate status of Chinese education in Chinese schools, make Chinese education into an embarrassing situation. And the students in Chinese schools also have a negative attitude, they can not take the initiative to accept Chin ese education. These are the problems faced by the Chinese schools.This paper is m ainly for Chinese School s in the Philippines, discussed the current situation and problem s, take Aten eo De Iloilo School as an exam ple, introduces this school’ s development,current situation and some problem s. Throughout the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the attitude of the students to learn Chinese, and analyzes the reason s for this attitude. According to the developm ent problems of the Chinese School, the author pu ts forward some effective measures to solve it. After the K-12 basic education system in Philippines, the Chinese School will have a new developm ent. The longer Chinese education years, the growth of Chinese teachers, as well as the internal adjustment of the Chinese school, will make the Chinese school in a new historical period and have a new breakthrough.
