Chinese is one of the most popular languages in the world and also one of the six working languages of the United Nations. Since Reform and Opening up in 1970s, with the improvement of the rapid increase of the Chinese economy and international influence, the usage of Chinese overseas is increasing sharply, the whole world needs "Chinese". The Asian region are inevitable has economic and trade exchanges with China in the future and need more better capable of use the Chinese language. Hence, the association of south-east Asian nations got new emphasis on Chinese learning. As countries around the world pay more attention on Chinese traditional culture, Chinese culture has been involved in the main trend culture, and Philippines play an important part of the ten Asian countries. The Philippines is an friendly neighbor of China and the communication between the two countries has a long history. Chinese language education in the Philippines also had certain developed foundation and the solid strength, its development prospect will be immeasurable. Therefore, the research on Chinese language education between the two countries will help Chinese education workers to make development of Chinese education in the Philippines in the future, and also can better inheritance of Chinese culture at the same time. In Philippines, Chinese language teaching is mainly composed of two parts. The first part is the Chinese education of local Chinese community, namely the education only for Philippines Chinese. The other part is the mainstream education that takes Chinese as a foreign language education, namely the mainstream society of the Philippines learns Chinese as a foreign language. In respects of the question on Chinese language teaching in Philippines, under the joint efforts of experts and scholars achieved delightful results after years of research and education, leave and provides valuable experience and textual material for follow-up study.This article mainly research on the language environment, the situation of language use, language identity and language learning motivation. The above four aspects that help to investigate the language characteristics of Chinese school students in the Philippines, and found that Chinese school students’ current studying Chinese in the Philippines. According to the data, author put forward that to strength the Chinese international promotion, the propaganda of the breadth and depth, to promote Chinese school in the Philippines, particularly with the mainstream education schools in exchanges and mutual aid at all levels, to improve the Philippine Chinese education teaching environment, and strive to stimulate interest of students learning Chinese, to get a better teaching effect in the future.This article uses the questionnaire survey on the overseas Chinese students of four Chinese education schools in Iloilo city, Philippines. Analysis the Chinese-usage of Chinese education schools, such as the language environment, the situation of language usage, the language identity and the language learning motivations of the current situation. To find out the development status and learning levels of students, to dig the potential problems in Chinese education and aim at the problems in Philippines of Chinese language teaching at present. The author made some suggestions for the revolution of teachers, teaching materials, teaching methods, etc., attempting to provide data to the Chinese education in the Philippines and Chinese international promotions.
