Along with the advancement of elementary education curriculum reform and new curriculum standards, the development and utilization of curriculum resources have been become an important topic of education workers.Advocates the teachers make full use of various teaching resources, reasonable supplement local teaching material, improve teaching provides a new train of thought for the creative education workers. The utilization of curriculum resources has become the point of contact of teachers to the new curriculum experiment.New curriculum standards gives attaches great importance to excellent traditional culture and encourage students to actively participate in the cultural inheritance, pays attention to the student to the development of folk art and cultural heritage protection consciousness.Folk art is an important curriculum resources into the school of fine arts classroom enriching the content of classroom teaching, and realize its education function at the same time to inheriting folk art. The elementary school fine arts course is one of the effective form of cultural heritage, the folk art of the rich cultural resources into the school curriculum, enhance the value of the art course and connotation.In this paper, based on pingyao variety of folk art resources, research the local folk art survival present situation and the folk fine arts resources utilization condition, and then from the Angle of art education, which leads to the elementary school fine arts education and the relationship between folk art inheritance. Based on "the fine arts curriculum standard" as the prerequisite, combines the actual conditions of pingyao experiment elementary school, sorting and organizing of pingyao numerous art resources in the summary, and a preliminary explore the folk fine arts resources into the experimental primary school classroom teaching methods and steps, develop characteristic of pingyao folk art activities and school-based curriculum. Finally, the features of folk fine arts curriculum resources use and the problems in the practical teaching to do the thinking.And I deeply love folk art home and have a large number of rich folk art resources, the hometown distinctive folk art as the research object, combined with primary school education, the elementary school fine arts activities and school-based curriculum Hope this research for further effective use of pingyao folk art resources, rich local classroom teaching, have good practical effect.
