Since the establishment of the national three-level curriculum system and the new curriculum reform,the exploration and research into the school-based curriculum have been developing forward continuely.A large number of school-based curriculum resources and various disciplines and classes have been studied.The development of the school-based music curriculum is a unique part of the school-based curriculum development system.On the basis of its own curriculum value,it has also played an important role in the heritage and development of national music culture.With the impact of multiculturalism,some national music culture inevitablly has to follow the natural law of the fittest.The situation of the heritage and development of the folk music culture in minority areas is increasingly worse and worse.Schools and colleges–institutions that specialize in charge of cultivating people,should have the responsibility of protecting the minority music culture,promoting the heritage of the Minority music culture and promoting the development of minority music culture.B City of Yunnan Province is a habitation area for ethnic minorities,which has rich minority folk music resources and has a good potential for the development of school-based misic curriculum.G School in B City bears the important task of cultivating the future music teachers for this minority area.The introduction of the minority music culture into the school-based curriculum development system of the school is not only benifical to protect the minority music resources,enrich the music resources of the school,but also helpful to promote the heritage of the minority music culture.It is also of great significance to enrich and inheritate the great Chinese national cultures.This paper took G school in B City of Yunnan Province as the main body of the research.Through the observation of the current situation of its school-based curriculum development,and the investigation of the teachers and students in the school,the author found out the problems in the development of the school-based music curriculum.An attribution analysis was given to these problems.From the perspective of the development and inheritance of minority music culture,some solutions and countermeasures of solving these problems were also listed.The findings and the solutions have provided important reference to the development of the school-based music curriculum,and also have provided some guidance to the protection and heritage of minority music culture.
