At present most of school curriculum are uniform,comparing single evaluation way,to score as the main evaluation index.Every student is unique,each child has great potential,but the potential of digging need relevant external conditions.How to waken their potential? Curriculum is a golden key to excavate potential.A lot of children's specialty on the basis of course try to fail,by screening and preserved.School-based curriculum,as one of the highlights of China's new round of basic education curriculum reform,has expanded the autonomy of schools and teachers.Teachers are no longer passive to the national curriculum plan,but the main body of curriculum reform,with development and preparation suitable for the region.And the right to the school's characteristics and courses that meet the needs of students.The quality of teaching depends not only on teachers' understanding and implementation of existing courses,but also on the development and implementation of school-based curriculum.English curriculum is to develop a way of international quality.To help students understand the cultural diversity,the content of the teaching material alone is not enough,as an English teacher,it is necessary to integrate course materials or developing subject curriculum,let the student through participating in rich learning activities to understand Chinese and western culture,the formation of cross-cultural sense,enlarge the students' international vision,and thus improve cross-cultural comprehensive skills.
