Clay dog is the Henan province Huaiyang County excellent folk art works, the mud mud dog as the folk fine arts resources into the local art education in high school, the local junior high school art teaching has important significance, but also the main purpose of this thesis writing. Through field investigation, summarizes the Huaiyang County fine arts teaching present situation, the Huaiyang clay dogs origin and artistic features of detailed analysis, the paper discusses how the combination of theory and practice, the mud mud dog art education resources for effective integration of junior high school art teaching mode, to enable students to understand Chinese traditional folk art is an important part of the arts, is conscious of the inheritance of ethnic cultures the subject, to cherish and protect the purpose of native folk culture.
