To explore the relationship between study engagement, Big Five Personality and sense of coherence of secondary vocational students, firstly, the paper revised the study Engagement Questionnaire(UWES-17), then issued it, the Big Five Personality questionnaire(CBF-PI-B) and the Sense of Coherence Questionnaire(SOC-13) to 1077 secondary vocational students for investigation. Results are as flows:(1)The revised study engagement questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Dimensions of the reliability are from 0.927 to 0.940. Fitting indexes of the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) can explain the model;(2)The overall level of secondary vocational students’ study engagement is in the middle. Girls are better than boys in study engagement and its dimensions; In the study engagement and its dimensions, the second grade is higher than the first grade, the third grade is the lowest; There is a difference among majors, study engagement and its dimensions of energy and absorption; The higher academic achievement evaluation and professional love of secondary vocational students are, more study engagement they will put;(3) SOC of secondary vocational students is in the middle. Boys are higher than girls in the SOC and its dimensions of comprehensibility and manageability, in the dimension of meaning is in contrast; The mean of only child in SOC and its dimensions is higher than the non only child. In the dimension of meaningfulness, the secondary grade is the highest, the second is the first grade, the third grade is the lowest. There is a difference in the major and dimensions of meaningfulness, comprehensibility and manageability;(4)Dimensions of SOC, conscientiousness and openness can be used as a prediction index of study engagement. The dimensions of comprehensibility and meaningfulness have a positive prediction on study engagement, the dimension of manageability has a negative prediction on the Big Five Personality. Responsibility and openness has a significantly positive correlation on study engagement. There is a positive correlation between study engagement and SOC. Except neuroticism and vigor, there is a positive correlation between study engagement and Big Five Personality.
