As an important bridge for China to connect ASEAN countries and even the world, the holding of China-ASEAN Expo has made the relations of Guangxi and the world closer and closer, while the world has had a deeper understanding of Guangxi and Zhuang nationality. With more and more cooperation between China and ASEAN countries, the introduction about the customs, folks and cultures of Guangxi and Zhuang is becoming more and more important. This report is a subtitle translation report of the program of Chongzuo TV, which introduces folk customs of Chongzuo City, "Sanyuesan" culture of Zhuang nationality, their distinctive food and musical instrument. With the guidance of the Skopos Theory, the author discusses how to deal with the subtitle translation of introducing the ethnic culture under the Skopos Theory. With the form of translation report, according to the coherence rule, the author makes the translation with readability and acceptability for solving the readers’problem and the understanding of cultural differences in the process of experiencing Chongzuo folk culture. Also, under the guidance of fidelity rule, the author studies the translation of ethnic cultural dialects and conventional expressions with fully understanding of the original source. Nord says:on one hand, the translators should be morally responsible to the receivers of the translation, and they must explain what they do and their reasons. On the other hand, it demands that the translators should be loyal to the original authors. Translators should pay respect to the original authors and harmonize the target language and the purpose of the authors. Therefore, according to the loyalty principle, translators should keep the features of the source language in the aspect of choosing the dictions, be loyal to the source text and explain the dictions with remarks in detail to readers if necessary. With combining the experiential summary method and descriptive study method, the author makes a study of the text feature involved in the translation task and discuss the related translation strategies and hopes the result can provide some reference for the translation research and the translation work during the China-ASEAN Expo and the exchange between the sister cities.
