Under the background of Chinese learning is more and more popular, the demand of Foreign-oriented Chinese dictionaries is increasing. Chinese Mobile Dictionary is a new kind of foreign-oriented Chinese dictionaries, which adapted the development of mobile learning. Chinese Mobile Dictionary is very convenient to take, and it has a convenient searching system, so it can adapt to the fast-paced way of life in modern society. In Korea, using Chinese Mobile Dictionaries to learn Chinese is a common phenomenon.Based on the survey among students from Confucius Institute of Chungnam National University and Confucius Institute of Dongseo University, this paper analyses the use and needs of Chinese mobile dictionaries for Korean learners. According to analysis of questionnaire data and commonly used dictionaries, this paper points out the problems of Chinese Mobile Dictionaries for Korean learners and gives some suggestion. This article aims to provide feedback on Chinese language teaching for Korean learners, and attract the teachers focus on and participate in lexicography. The author hopes that this paper can be helpful to the development and design of Chinese Mobile Dictionaries for Korean learnersThis paper can be divided into five chapters:Chapter one introduces the research background, content, literature review, the significance of the topic, methodology.Chapter two analyses the data of questionnaires. This paper analyses the cognition, use, factors which influence the choice of Chinese Mobile Dictionaries, evaluation and needs. Basically, Chinese mobile dictionaries can meet the basic needs of learners, but there are some mistakes and contents which are difficult to find. Chinese mobile dictionaries currently scored well, but need to improve themselves in order to meet the requirements of the learner at a higher level. At the end of this chapter, the author discusses the construction of model of Chinese mobile dictionaries for Korean learners.Chapter three is the evaluation of Naver Chinese dictionary. Naver Chinese dictionary is a free mobile dictionary designed for Korean learners. Naver Chinese dictionary has the characteristics of the mobile dictionary, like easy to carry and can be can be updated at any time. This paper take the model about Chinese Mobile Dictionaries for Korean learners for reference, evaluates Naver Chinese dictionary, Proposes an improved model of Naver Chinese dictionary.Chapter four puts forward some suggestions about the development and design of Chinese Mobile Dictionaries for Korean learners. These suggestion consist of four chapters:(1)Strengthen the ontological study of dictionary;(2)Improve the relevance of Chinese Mobile Dictionaries for Korean learners;(3)Make full use of the advantages of technology;(4)Strengthen research and cooperation.Chapter five is the conclusion. It makes a review and summarizes the main conclusion, discusses the creative part and disadvantages of this research.
