There is an increasing social exclusion in the transformation of China, making the society face the risk of being differentiated. In the background of the dual(urban and rural) social structure, migrant workers, especially female ones who are subject to the gender and social status, is a typical group being excluded by the society in terms of economy, politics, psychology, society, culture. Female migrant workers suffering from double discrimination have become one of the most disadvantaged groups who should receive more concern. However, in fact, the dual social structure, the operational mechanism, traditional concepts, the social exclusion mentioned above have all exacerbated the female migrant workers’ negative attitude toward society. Therefore, it has become an urgent issue that how to deal with the problem that female migrant workers encountered. For female migrant workers, social exclusion has made them lose Confidence, Harmed their self-esteem and depreciated their social value, which makes it difficult for them to form a positive self-evaluation.Thus they have undergone the unjust moral experience like being deprived, discriminated and marginalized. The negati ve self-evaluation and unjust moral experience also show that female migrant workers cannot live a moral live.Generallyspeaking, social exclusion is related to social conditions, which can be regarded as the external factor. And social exclusion has its root in the hierarchical structure of the society, which is the internal factor. As social exclusion, in nature,is the failure or distortion of recognition, "recognition" can be the solution to deal with socialexclusion. The primary reason is that the recognition of other m akes one form a positive self-evaluation,the second is that the recognition contributes to o ne’s need, equality and achievements. To be sure, the recognition does not develop naturally. Therefore, the solution to handle social exclusion can be concluded as "fight", "negotiations" and "de-hierarchy".
