A Study On Han Shu Zhu Jiao Bu By Zhou ShouChang Gaodian

Han Shu Zhu Jiao Bu, which is studying on Han Shu, was written by a scholar named Zhou ShouChang of Qing Dynasty, it has systematically summarized the study on Han Shu of past dynasties and also elaborate on many details and has an important historical position. Han Shu Zhu Jiao Bu has fifty-six chapters, and study every detail on Han Shu, including basic history events, collation, exegesis, and Han Dynasty system.The punctuated Han Shu which has published by Zhong Hua Book Company is the most widely spread edition of Han Shu, and also has the most influence, it is based on Han Shu Bu Zhu of Wang XianQian. Han Shu Zhu Jiao Bu had a big influence on Han Shu Bu Zhu, Zhou ShouChang and Wang XianQian also helped each other and improved together. But many valuable collation had not quoted by Wang XianQian, and those who had quoted had not been used in the punctuated Han Shu.This thesis is based on the block-printed edition of Han Shu Zhu Jiao Bu, which was printed by private. And helped by studying Han Shu and Han Shu Zhu Jiao Bu in detail, studying on annotations of past dynasty, absorbing the latest research of collations of Han Shu, and by the help of digitization and share of library resources,this thesis will pick up the collations that the punctuated Han Shu has not used, and building blocks for the revise of the Twenty-Four Histories and Qing Shi Gao of Zhong Hua Book Company.
