Based on the continuous growth of Chinese language learners and the urgent need for international promotion of Chinese,the country began to train professionals for international Chinese language teachers,namely the Master of Teaching Chinese?Speakers of Other Languages(hereinafter referred to as "MTCSOL"),which is mainly through the combination of theoretical study and teaching practice.The way to expand.Under the background of university enrollment expansion and graduate employment difficulties,the number of postgraduate students has increased year by year,and the group of MTCSOL has expanded rapidly.More and more MTCSOL experience Chinese teachers through teaching practice in the process of training,but the final employment rate is not High,the contradiction between brain drain and employment pressure is objective.Under this situation,this paper intends to use the teaching practice as a breakthrough to study the career choices of Han Shuo graduate students,and hope to find some solutions that can be used for reference.This research is mainly carried out through questionnaire analysis and case narrative research.Firstly,the questionnaire survey is used to understand the information of the surveyed subjects from four aspects:basic situation,training mode,teaching practice and career choice.Then,under the guidance of narrative research theory,the four selected subjects are analyzed on a case-by-case basis.The details of the questionnaire were not verified,and the results of the questionnaire analysis were also verified.Through the above research,this paper believes that MTCSOL's career choice is closely related to teaching practice,and the influence of teaching practice on MTCSOL's career choice is embodied in two aspects:job matching and career choice motivation.Through teaching practice,MTCSOL can enhance individual ability,understand its own limitations,clarify the interests and understand relevant professional requirements,establish personal measurement standards of professional values,and objectively evaluate the success rate of job hunting.In order to give full play to the positive role of teaching practice in MTCSOL's career choices,this paper proposes to work together from both the training unit and the MTCSOL themselves.The training unit can flexibly adjust the training mode,arrange the curriculum reasonably,pay attention to the auxiliary activities according to the actual needs of MTCSOL,and maintain long-term,comprehensive and continuous attention to MTCSOL.MTCSOL personally chooses appropriate teaching practice forms according to individual needs,attaches importance to the role of teaching practice activities in career choices,and makes full use of practical activities to prepare for career choices.
