Since the market is changing quickly, and the tasks become increasingly complex, teamwork tends to be more and more popular due to its agile and efficient characteristics. And with the deepening of economic globalization, the composition of the team members present more and more diversified cross-cultural trend. Under such background, the questions become important research topics, such as: How to make cross-cultural teams cooperate effectively in multiple cultural situations? How team coordination affect team knowledge sharing and results?After studying the previous researches on cross-cultural team, the authors found that studies in this field still have the space to improve: For cultural intelligence research, most studies are still focused on the individual level, while the researches on team level are very little; Team coordination researches is mainly theoretical studies and lack of empirical ones.Based on previous domestic and foreign related researches, this study attempted to explore the relationship between team culture intelligence and knowledge sharing, with the mediating effect of team coordination, and finally to see the effect on team results. It includes 2 parts:1) The relationship among team culture intelligence, teamcoordination and knowledge sharing;2) The relationship among team coordination, knowledge sharingand team effectiveness;3) The relationship among team coordination, knowledge sharingand team creativity.In this study, the author discussed the cross-culture team coordination mechanism through interview first, and developed a team coordination scale. Followed by the interview study, the author also did questionnaire survey in cross-cultural teams of the foreign capital or joint venture enterprises. The data collected from 45 teams with 142 team members and 45 team leaders was analysed by SPSS and AMOS to test the hypothesizes.The results of the study are as followed. The CQ of cross-cultural team has positive impact on team coordination; Team coordination of cross-cultural team has positive impact on knowledge sharing; Team coordination has mediating effect on the relationship between CQ and knowledge sharing; Knowledge sharing of cross-cultural team has positive impact on team effectiveness and creativity; Knowledge sharing of cross-cultural team has mediating effect on the relationship between team coordination and team effectiveness, as well as the relationship between team coordination and team creativity.
