Accept psychological supervision is an important part for the mental health service practitioners to promote their professional skills and personal growth.Because of the shortage of expert supervisor,many psychological practitioners try to use peer psychological supervision to promote the professional knowledge and skills.As a typical knowledge-based team,a high level of knowledge sharing in peer psychological supervision team can provide team members open space for thinking collision,which is important for the consultant think problems and understand visitors from multiple angles.Social network analysis emphasizes research social interaction from the angle of contact or structure,and with the development of social network analysis theory,this method applied in public opinion control,enterprise management,knowledge sharing,and many other new areas.Therefore,the first study of this paper takes a counseling supervision team in Hubei Wuhan as the research object;try to find the main problems of this team in knowledge sharing from the quantity and quality way.Then,in the second study,we use social network analysis method to analyze the knowledge sharing structure mode of this team and identify the main role of each member in knowledge sharing activities,explore the main impediment of the team members in knowledge exchange and sharing from the perspective of social network structure.Finally,in the third study we compare the differences of different role members in knowledge sharing from the quantity and quality way,and analyze the causes to this phenomenon from the psychological way to improve the level of team knowledge sharing.The main research findings of this paper are as follows:(1)The quality of knowledge sharing of the peer supervision team in psychological counselling is relatively high,but uneven of the members in knowledge sharing number,highly dependent on the core members and lack of view argument are the main problems of the team members in knowledge sharing.(2)From the perspective of network structure in knowledge sharing,failed to establish direct contact completely between each team member,polarized in knowledge transfer efficiency and the number difference between the marginal and core members are the main obstacles to the team knowledge sharing.(3)In terms of the number of knowledge sharing,it is the core members that has structure advantage shared more knowledge in the number than the members of the edge,but there is no significant differences between them in the quality of knowledge sharing.This paper discusses the knowledge sharing behaviors in a peer psychological supervision team,the innovation of this paper is evaluate the team knowledge sharing level(quantity and quality)based on the actual discussion content of the team,for which we can identify the problem of team members in knowledge sharing more accurately.Secondly,compared with the previous research on team knowledge sharing from a single perspective,the combination of the team knowledge sharing level and the structure model can help us analyze the knowledge sharing problems of the peer psychological supervision team more comprehensively.Finally,this paper explains the possible reasons for the differences between core and marginal members in knowledge sharing number in terms of psychological security,shared mental model,personal growth motivation and so on.It will be beneficial for future research to combine social network analysis perspective with psychology research and discuss the factors that affect team knowledge sharing from both individual and team levels.
