The study is based on the present situation of the development of the Chinese education in South Korea. This thesis analyzes the structure of Korean universities’ Chinese teachers. At the same time, choosing four professors that work in Chinese language and literature College of Sungshin Women’s University as a case, show their Chinese classes in South Korean. Through the investigation and analysis of classroom teaching about Korean local Chinese language teachers and Chinese teachers of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, finding the similarities and differences around their courses, studying the advantages and deficiencies of their teaching.The thesis is consisted of three chapters excluded the Introduction and Epilogue.In the first chapter, the paper expounds the development of Chinese education in Women’s University even South Korea. For good measure, a few details of curriculum and teachers in Chinese language and literature College were included.The second chapter analyzes the classes combined from six aspects of teaching goal, content, implementation, effect and the student learning methods, teachers’ literacy with the teaching case of Mr. Xin, Mrs. Yu, Mrs. Liu and Mrs. Tian. have common understanding in the dominant position of students and students speaking.But there are still more different points in teaching content development, teaching methods and the students’ training content.In the third chapter, through the analysis of four Chinese teachers from Sungshin Women’s University, explores advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and Korean teachers in the aspects of Chinese ontology knowledge, Chinese cultural knowledge,the development of Sinology, Korean, teaching time and so on. The paper makes a special note of teaching methods. Chinese and Korean teachers, Korean universities and Chinese goverment should make great efforts to promote the development of Chinese teachers in South Korea.Chinese teachers in Sungshin women’s University is a microcosm of the Korean Chinese teachers’ team, this thesis is in order to enhance Sungshin Women’sUniversity Chinese teaching quality and promote the sustainable development of Chinese language teaching in South Korea.
