Internet altruistic behavior is the individual behavior that shows good for others but not planned to be returned in the network environment. With the development of the times, more and more teenagers performance altruistic behavior in the network environment, the study of teenagers’ Internet altruistic behavior is helpful to develop the network psychology theory, the study of the teenagers’ moral qualities that the Internet altruistic behavior influence can reveal the influence law that the Internet altruistic behavior affect the teenagers’ moral quality and provide a new way to educate the teenagers in moral.On the basis of consulting and analyzing a large number of related literatures at home and abroad, using the Internet altruistic behavior scale to choose high network altruistic behavior subjects, with the depth interview method to learn about the current situation of teenager internet altruistic behavior and the influence of its own Internet altruistic behavior for the formation and development of teenagers moral quality. Using qualitative research method to explain that how teenagers Internet altruistic behavior influences teenagers moral quality process and its mechanism by settling and analyzing the collected data in the interviews. The results are below:(1)Teenagers’ Internet altruistic behaviors are most about learning. The type of teenagers’ Internet altruistic behaviors include network instruction, network share, network support and network alerts. Network instruction and network share are the most common.(2)The teenagers’ Internet altruistic behaviors don’t exist significant gender differences.(3)The main impact of the Internet altruistic behaviors on teenagers’ moral quality is below:promoting the teenagers’ social responsibility, the family responsibility and class responsibility;enhancing the emotional awareness and experience of moral event; being happier to help others in real life and help others in the diversity forms; being happier to overcome the difficulties to help others; More objective and fair evaluation and forming their own standards of moral judgment that conform to social norm.
