The paper focuses research on life of Wang feng-sheng and his works,which contains two parts, with simpler structure. The first chapter introduces Wang’s familybackground and his all life. Make a sketch of Wang’s family background in Wuyuanand use time as links to studyWang’s lifeby means of the history records, like <Qing shigao>of Zhao er-xun, <Mubiao>of Wei yuan,< Epitaph > of Mei ceng-liang,<Genealogy>of Wang in Wuyuan and Wang’s writings.Conbine Wang’s official experience, the second chapterexplores Wang’s writings’ s inscription time, writing reasons, version and major content of his works, such as <Recordof scholarship,governance,systems,action>,<Baojia matters Pinghu County>. Dueto no scholars research on Wang feng-sheng, so the achievement about Wang is so scarcity. In view of the present situation,the paper makes great efforts to get a systemic, integrated textual criticism on Wang’s life, his writings and excavate historyrecords to correct, supplement predecessor’s research.
